Kresge Community Natural Foods is a worker-run cooperative located inside the University of California, Santa Cruz campus. It was started in the late 1970s by students of Kresge College at UC Santa Cruz, and is owned and operated entirely by students.
Kresge provides snacks, drinks and books, and prides itself on its fresh coffee and bagels. It is 100 percent organic and seeks to support local products. Kresge has nine core members and five working members, all students at UC Santa Cruz.
